Sizes vary considerably among the brands we stock. To assist you in choosing the best fit, we provide individual sizing information on every product within their product descriptions. You can access this information by clicking the “size guide” button, which will open a window displaying the product exact measurements in centimetres (cm). All products are individually measured with the garment lying flat. Refer to our measurement guide below on how our measurements are taken, and if you are still having trouble finding the right size or require style advice, contact our team for further assistance.

FOR TOPS

Chest Circumference
Measurement between the lowest point of the arm seams or pit to pit, multiplied by two.

Shoulder Length
Measurement between the highest point of the shoulder seams.

Sleeve Length
Measurement from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.

Back Length
Measurement is taken at the centre back, from the base of the collar to the hem.

FOR BOTTOMS

Waist
Measurement is taken across the waistband from end to end. Ensure the top edge of the front waistband is flush by pulling it upwards.

Rise
Measurement is taken along the fly, between the crotch seam to the edge of the waistband.

Inside Leg
Measurement is taken along the inside seam, between the crotch seam to the hem.

Leg Opening
Measurement is taken across the hem from end to end.

All Singapore orders will be shipped via courier Ninja Van. A tracking number will be provided.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All international orders will be shipped via FedEX Priority Service (3 – 4 working days).
Shipping may be delayed during peak and promotional periods.

You may check the delivery charges to your country by clicking on “shipping” within the product description, or have it automatically calculated at checkout.

All international orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You will be liable for import duties, customs and taxes by the country you are shipping to. Payment for duties and taxes will be necessary to release your order from your country’s custom office.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, as our courier will require a recipient signature to prove delivery of the order.

RETURN POLICY
All returns/exchanges are to be requested via email within seven (7) days upon receiving your order. Any requests for returns/exchanges after the stipulated timeframe will be duly rejected.

All returned item(s), inclusive of both incorrect and defective (stains manufacturing faults) product(s) should be unused and with all PASAR PENINSULA and designer garment tags still attached. All forms of designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, leather tags should be included with your return. Returns that are damaged, soiled, incomplete will not be accepted and will be sent back at the cost of the sender.

There will be strictly no cash refunds. Store credit will be provided for returns in the event; we are unable to fulfill an exchange for your product(s) and will be valid for three (3) months from the date of issue. In the event that a requested exchange item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

All extra postage cost incurred in a return/exchange will be payable by the sender unless the items you received were incorrect or defective. It is your responsibility to ensure that the package is returned to us via a traceable mode of shipping. PASAR PENINSULA will not be held responsible for lost returns.

All discounted (inclusive of promotional and discount code applied), hygiene-related products product(s) purchased from the Site is strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

PASAR PENINSULA reserves the right to reject any exchange/refund requests and will strictly not accept returns should you have purchased our product(s) from a third party.

RETURN METHODS
All returns should be requested via email before you send your item(s) back to us in order for easy identification and processing. Unidentified returns will be returned at the cost of the sender.

Upon request for a return/exchange, you can return your order/item(s) in two (2) ways:

1. Mailing your order back to us with a traceable mode of shipping to our return address provided in an email:

2. Schedule an appointment with us to arrange a collection for your returning order/item(s) at your doorstep. Further instructions will be provided in an email.
Only applicable to Singapore orders.
