WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE CURRENCIES

Prices shown on the site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of tax. Do take note that certain banks may charge you an International Transaction or Currency Conversion Fee.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE CHARGED

You will be charged the full cost of the order as soon as it is placed.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR SITE

Yes, Pasar Peninsula uses industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure that you will have a safe, simple and secure shopping experience.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC

Yes, our products are 100% authentic. Pasar Peninsula is a licensed stockist for the brands we stock. Packaging may vary among brands such as authenticity cards, dust bags, etc.

CAN I MAKE AMENDMENTS TO MY ORDER

Modifications and cancellations to orders placed are strictly not allowed. We do provide the option to ship an address different to the billing address. However, for security reasons, we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address.

DO I PAY CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE

Yes, all international orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You will be responsible for all applicable customs charges and taxes of your order at delivery. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges; hence we recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

IS MY ORDER TRACKABLE

Yes. An order confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed. For international orders, orders will be shipped via FedEx Priority Service. For Singapore orders, orders will be shipped via Ninja Van or you can opt for Self-Collection at our store.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES

No. Our courier will require a recipient's signature to prove delivery of the order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER

All orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days from the order date. An order confirmation email with your order tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed.

UPON RECEIVING THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER

Our team before mailing checks all item(s) individually to ensure your order is free of faults/defects. In the event that you encounter a problem after receiving your order, please get in touch with our team within three (3) working days of receipt. Any requests regarding defective or incorrect item(s) after the stipulated timeframe will be duly rejected.

ARE THERE MORE SIZES AVAILABLE

We display all sizes available in our stock. Occasionally we may receive a new shipment, return or new sizes for the season and this will be updated accordingly on our site. However, if you see a size available at our physical store that is not shown online, please get in touch with our team.

WILL THERE BE RE-STOCKS

We try our best to re-stock items that are popular. However, due to the made-to-order nature of some of the products we stock, this is not always possible. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to join our mailing list to get first dips about new releases, exclusive previews and promotional offers.

WHERE CAN I FIND SIZING INFORMATION OF AN ITEM

Sizes vary considerably among the brands we stock. To assist you in choosing the best fit, we provide individual sizing information on every product within their product descriptions.
