Modifications to the TOS may happen from time to time. Kindly read the TOS and check back often. Should you not agree to any change to the TOS then you must cease using the Site. Orders placed after changes to the TOS will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
PASAR PENINSULA is a licensed stockist and guarantees the authenticity of every item we stock. Packaging may vary among brands such as authenticity card, dust bag, etc.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order with PASAR PENINSULA, you are offering to purchase a product. You will be required to provide to us your personal details. You are required to provide your real name, phone number, e-mail and other requested information as shown, and in doing so, you will also be required to produce and warrant valid payment details and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information. Acceptance of your order and completion of the order contract between you and PASAR PENINSULA will be completed when we send an email confirmation of your order after dispatch. The order contract is concluded in Singapore and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third-party payment centres nor our couriers have the authority to accept an order on behalf of PASAR PENINSULA.
By placing an order, you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where deemed necessary by PASAR PENINSULA, to send or obtain information about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions. You agree that we may use your personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of your information.
PASAR PENINSULA reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice in the event, for example, that we are unable to authorize a payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a specific item, that your item ordered is out of stock or does not meet our quality control standards and is removed.
PASAR PENINSULA reserves the right to restrict any orders with multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address, and to refuse service to you without prior notice. We may refuse to process, accept any transaction for any reason and service to you without prior notification. We will not be liable to you by reason of us withdrawing any products from the Site.
In the event that your order/partial of your purchase is unavailable, it will be removed from your order irregardless of any reasons, a cash refund will be facilitated without prior notice. Otherwise, there will be strictly no cash refunds.
All prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time of your order acceptance.
Customers whose credit/debit card are not denominated in SGD will have the final price calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
We ensure details on our Site are accurate, however from time to time we may spot an error in the pricing of products. In the event we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We shall not be obligated to accept or fulfill an order for a product that was advertised incorrectly and reserve the right to cancel the order that has been accepted. We will notify you by email or telephone that your order has not been accepted by us if your order includes an incorrectly priced product. A refund will be made if you have already paid for the product.
PASAR PENINSULA offers products for sale that are in stock and available from our warehouse. All orders are subjected to acceptance and availability. Items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders placed with PASAR PENINSULA. Kindly ensure you select the correct product(s) in the right colour/size, before completing the check out process, provide a valid and correct shipping address, application of promotional/discount code before completing payment. Modifications and cancellations to orders placed are strictly not allowed. PASAR PENINSULA shall not be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by the provision of incorrect/incomplete addresses, failure to enter the discount code after the order has been confirmed.
All orders will be dispatched from our store within three (3) working days from the order date (unless otherwise stated).
Our team before mailing checks all item(s) individually to ensure your order is free of faults/defects. In the event that you receive defective or incorrect product(s) in your order, we will like to extend our sincere apologies. Kindly contact us within three (3) working days of receipt. Any requests regarding defective or incorrect item(s) after the stipulated timeframe will be duly rejected.
Prices shown on the Site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of tax.
It is your responsibility to bear all applicable custom charges and taxes of your order at delivery. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of an item displayed on the Site at the time of order acceptance will be honored, except in cases of an incorrect price product error. PASAR PENINSULA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price product error, regardless of whether the order is being or had been processed.
You may make your payment by VISA, MasterCard and any other methods that are clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited from your account upon completion of your order by PASAR PENINSULA. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is provided and used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. PASAR PENINSULA will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery should the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment.
PASAR PENINSULA uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that you will have a safe, simple and secure shopping experience. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from our Site.
In the event that a refund is required, it will be processed via your original mode of payment gateway.
The goods are your responsibility from the time we send you an order confirmation for self-collection at our store and/or deliver them to the address you gave us and will own the goods on and from the time we receive payment in full or when the goods are delivered to you.
All orders are processed and dispatched within three (3) working days upon payment confirmation. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in Singapore. Do note that this gauge depends on the mode of shipping selected upon checkout. Designated delivery locations (e.g. within Singapore/Overseas) will also be taken into consideration.
PASAR PENINSULA is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
In the event that your package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, relevant shipping charges will be requested to facilitate a re-shipment of your order. Returned or self-collection orders that are unclaimed/uncollected within fourteen (14) days from the date of the notification e-mail will be forfeited without prior notice and no refunds will be made.
Delivery options offered by PASAR PENINSULA may vary from time to time.
All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us in order for easy identification and processing. Unidentified returns will be returned at the cost of the sender.
All returns/exchanges are to be requested within seven (7) days upon receiving your order. Any requests for returns/exchanges after the stipulated timeframe will be duly rejected.
All returned item(s), inclusive of both incorrect and defective (stains manufacturing faults) product(s) should be unused and with all PASAR PENINSULA and designer garment tags still attached. All forms of designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, leather tags should be included with your return. Returns that are damaged, soiled, incomplete will not be accepted and will be sent back at the cost of the sender.
There will be strictly no cash refunds. Store credit will be provided for returns in the event; we are unable to fulfill an exchange for your product(s) and will be valid for three (3) months from the date of issue. In the event that a requested exchange item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
All extra postage cost incurred in a return/exchange will be payable by the sender unless the items you received were incorrect or defective. It is your responsibility to ensure that the package is returned to us via a traceable mode of shipping. PASAR PENINSULA will not be held responsible for lost returns.
All discounted (inclusive of promotional and discount code applied), hygiene related products product(s) purchased from the Site is strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
PASAR PENINSULA reserves the right to reject any exchange/refund requests and will strictly not accept returns should you have purchase our product(s) from a third party.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We strive to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the actual colour of the products is a close representation, we cannot be held responsible for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Such situations are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colours.
All measurements provided on our Product Page’s size chart are taken individually from the advertise product as accurately as possible. You will be able to find more information on how our products are measured on our measurement guide. Measurements stated may vary between the ranges of 1cm to 2cm. In these cases, the product(s) will not be considered defective, thus, exchange requests will be duly denied.
DETAILS AND CARE
PASAR PENINSULA shall not be held responsible for product(s) damaged due to negligence in following instructions of purchased product(s) wash/care labels. It is your responsibility to understand and follow the instructions as indicated on the wash/care labels of the product(s).
PASAR PENINSULA shall not be held responsible for any skin allergies arising from the wear of product(s) purchased.
This Site is for non-commercial personal usage only. You are not allowed to modify, copy, distribute, transfer, data mine, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, sell any content, software, products or services contained in this Site. You are not allowed to use this Site, or its content for commercial purpose such as advertising or advertising revenue generating activities on your own Site.
